6/22/10: New 360 DEGREE VIEWING ANGLE SMD LED

Expanding the realm of incandescent replacement by providing a cosmetically compatible solution, the L133QBC Series InGaN LED can emit light in every direction. By providing a 360° viewing angle, the SMT device can be used in novel applications such as a pseudofilament emitter in a bulb or an indicator in a transparent console. Packaged in a three-chip configuration for high brightness, the 5.5 x 2.9 x 2.2-mm SMT LED is available in solid red, green, yellow, and blue or in any combination. With a maximum forward current of 30 mA and a peak of 100 mA, the devices have an operating temperature range from –40° to 85°C. Available now.
